Graduate of Hocking College, currently Restaurant General Leader at Grandview Yards Market District. Owner of 3C-Chef Carm Catering. A mother of 2 beautiful children, Toshe’Byrd and Marqus Byrd. Providing meals for my children was always a privilege and an enjoyable experience. They were always surprised at what mommy could make a meal out of. I never thought I would someday look forward to seeing this same excitement from people outside of my family. I count it an honor to provide a meal of love, friendship, and satisfaction. My Journey of Health

Keto October 2018

I started a Keto journey in 2018. You will find many of my dishes are Keto inspired. Through this journey I was able to creatively inspire those who were stuck, and tired of eating the same foods. This encouraged me to create and build around the items I loved the most. You will find that vegetables are always a large part of my selections. This past 2 years have been amazing and I have learned about my ability to create based on needs of the people who love and respect what I prepare. So if you are looking for low carb foods, that is what I do regularly. Don’t be shy, ask your questions. I feel better than I have in a long time. The more I create the more I love what I do. To know that it benefits me is all the more reason I should not give up.
